Cape Cod

A tourist destination for the rich for over a century and the first port of call for the Pilgrims on their famous journey to the new world. Cape Cod, once dilapidated due to poor farming practises, was revitalised over the course of the 19th and 20th Centuries to an idyllic surround. With fall leaves nearing their end for the year we camped in Provincetown and spent a day driving down the cape and admiring the sites.

We arrived at the failing light in time for a spectacular sunset. Priorities established, after the photos we looked for a place to camp for the night.
